Children of the Piper ….

all soldMy Children of the Piper Dolls – never returned from exhibiting at the Old Jaffa Museum in Israel – they all sold!
Thank you lots and lots – I hope you enjoy their company!
Now I need to get back into the studio and start work on more!!!!!

They each come with their very own unique – one of a kind book, which contains their personal  story especially written for them and pictures, a signed certificate of authenticity,  a stand and heaps of attitude !

Now back after the holidays

Back after a lovely holiday, ready and keen to dive back into working. The Fabrications exhibition went really well…most of the jewellry sold and these pictures…

and the bags…

now i am home i will update my etsy shop, Ruby Trinket, with more jewellry and pictures.

thank you to everyone who came to the exhibition and to those who took home one of my pieces and a huge thank you to Suzi and the Mermaid and Seagulls girls for exhibiting  my work for me – huge smile to all!

working on another stitch picture…and the bug catcher still

Whilst waiting for the frame for ‘sometimes’ and to appease the sewing urges whilst i am working away on the bug catcher sculpture…i have begun another stitch picture…lots to do still, but here’s a quick preview of both…

i amworking on  his head at the moment – but i don’t want to ruin the surprise by showing it yet! Lots and lots to do !!!!!!!!!!! But he’s getting there and is complaining that i should hurry up and start painting him because he has a mission to complete! So i better carry on….

Fabrication Exhibition Folkestone 20th July- 1st August


The mermaids and seagulls girls invited me to join them in an exhibition …. please come and have a look!
I won’t be there as i am away in France at the time, but a few of my textiles and jewellry / bags and prints of my art dolls in card form will be there in

my stead… not many as i am still busy working on the sculptures and the new stitch picture…these pics are what will be there….


i have been doing some doodle sketching on the sewing machine….this is what happened … you are all and everything – 
i will also be adding some of the jewellry to my etsy shop.
so if you  are near to Folkestone at the end of july ….pop in! You will be very welcome and there will be some extremely delicious goodies definately worth seeing / buying by the other very talented and lovely girls!

Working on the Hunter art dolls accessories

I have been busy making the tiny weapons for the hunter art doll…

the arrows – drying the paint!
